Step 1: Strategic Assessment
Process:
Analysis of current parameters and analysis of target market, competition and industry expectations.
• Brainstorming goals and objectives
• Research of competitors local and overseas
• Defining revenue models
• Prioritise functionality requirements
• Research and compare technology platforms including open source and SAAS options
Outcomes:
Online strategy – key objectives
Step 2: Specifications
Process:
Create design brief and functional specifications for the project(s) outlined in Step 1. For example: website, CRM, infrastructure, marketing process etc.
Outcomes:
Detailed specification documents including site maps, wireframes and functional and technical specifications.
Step 3: Project Management
Process:
Management of any or all of the projects outlined above.
Outcome:
Project delivery. Act as independent project manager to ensure specifications are met.
Step 4: Maintenance
Process:
On-going management of the systems outlined and built in the above steps. This might include management of the website/e-commerce platform, online marketing, statistics and measurement against targets.

Ongoing access to experience and knowledge
